Gretchen was born with the sense she was different.  In her youth she loved to play sports and push her physical body.  Gretchen found that she loved to see how the body worked going to CSULB and diving into the world of human science.  With the intention to become a physical therapist and her goals set her pathway took an abrupt turn.  Ending up dropping out of college and finding Hair Artistry and the love to create she pursued a degree in cosmetology.  Living the dream and traveling, teaching others the beauty of hair.  Working the stage and working with some of the top stylist in the country,  Gretchen found that life a little too much and settled down got married and worked behind the chair for the last 20 years.  She loved hair but found herself again questioning how the body worked and started reiki and energy healing to help her get through a tough time with pain.  She saw that there are many different modalities that help the body get healthy and healed but found Donna Eden's work to be similiar to what she experiences.  She spent countless hours studying what energy work is and how the body reacts.  How are we made?  Gretchen has spent her time between being a intuitive hair artist and Eden Energy Advanced Practitioner to spending time with her 4 kids and husband.  She loves to workout and keep her body running at its optimal health.  She desires a space free from all judgements and toxins.  Your body is a temple and should be treated like so.  Energy work and healthy habits have led Gretchen to finding out how to do this for her clients.  She enjoys finding your path and how you tick.  "The body is amazing thing and I just want to help every BODY run more efficiently and more balanced."
